Auctions and Realty Unlimited is a family-owned company located just outside the south-central rural town of Moravia, IA near well-known Lake Rathbun. The expertise of David Zaputil (began auctioneering in 1970) and Marcia Zaputil (joined David in 1975) was combined with newcomers Richard and Rhea Wilson in January 1996.  They established a solid company able to meet any auction needs. Rhea obtained her broker’s license in 1998 expanding the company’s offerings to include real estate.

The company offers all-encompassing services, including farm machinery, livestock, estate sales, antiques, automobiles and real estate. Extra services offered by Auctions and Realty Unlimited include a 30′x60′ tent for inclement weather as well as preparation of the auction materials.
